At Air Bharath, we strive to deliver high-quality aviation training and career enablement services. Since our offerings include digital products, training programs, and services, our refund and cancellation terms differ from standard e-commerce.
Once paid, the enrollment/registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations requested within 5 days of enrollment and before the program start date may be eligible for a 100% refund (excluding the enrollment fee).
• Once the program has commenced, no refund will be provided.
Instead of a refund, students may request to defer their enrollment to the next available batch, subject to approval and availability.
Since access is provided instantly upon purchase, no refunds will be issued once login credentials/access has been shared.
In case of technical issues preventing access, users must report the issue within 72 hours of purchase. Our team will either resolve the issue or, if unresolved, issue a full refund.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start will not be eligible for a refund.
If Air Bharath cancels or reschedules a session, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product.
The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
